1. 30-DAY RETURN WINDOW

• You have 30 days from the date your package was delivered to request a return or exchange.
• To be eligible for a return, items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and inside their original packaging with all Bambini Craft™ designer tags still intact.

2. RETURN PROCESS

To initiate a return or exchange, please follow these simple steps:
• Contact our support team at support@bambinicraft.store with your Order Number and the reason for the return.
• Our family team will review your request within 24 hours and provide you with the correct Return Shipping Address and detailed instructions.
• Please do not send your purchase back to the sender's address printed on the package. Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

3. RETURN SHIPPING COSTS

• Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
• We highly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. Bambini Craft™ cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item, and we cannot issue refunds for packages lost in transit by the carrier.

4. REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)

• Once your return is received and meticulously inspected by our studio quality team, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
• If approved, your refund will be processed immediately, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment (Credit Card, PayPal, or Stripe) within 5 to 7 business days.

5. DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

• We inspect every artisan piece before it leaves our hands. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately within 48 hours of delivery.
• Include your Order Number and clear photographs of the damage. We will rush a complimentary replacement to you at zero additional cost.
