• Orders placed during weekends or official public holidays will be processed on the next immediate business day.

2. SHIPPING TIMES & COSTS

We offer secure international shipping with fully insured, end-to-end tracking. Delivery windows depend on your destination:

• Standard Shipping (EU Countries): 5 - 10 business days.
• International Shipping (Outside EU): 7 - 14 business days.

Shipping Costs:
• COMPLIMENTARY SHIPPING: Enjoy Free Standard Shipping on all orders over €50 (or local currency equivalent).
• STANDARD SHIPPING: For orders under €50, a flat shipping fee of €4.95 will be automatically applied at checkout.
